All entries for the Grand prize must be received by 8:00pm Feb 5, 2010 to be eligible for the Grand Prize drawing. At that time the ability to purchase tickets will be discontinued. Errict Rhett Foundation reserves the right not to accept entries at their discretion and to add additional prizes or drawing at anytime.
RETURN AND CANCELLATION:
All purchases of the raffle entries are final and non refundable. The approximate value of prizes is $105,000. The odds of winning the Grand Prize are 3000: 1. Should the listed prize become unavailable due to an act of God or other unforeseen events, the Grand Prize winner will receive the equivalent value of the prize. The Grand Prize winner is solely responsible for all state and local costs and charges, including tax.
SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS:

SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS:
All winners will be notified in writing or by phone of the prizes won and any requisite procedure to claim the prize. The Grand Prize winner shall have (30) calendar days from notification of winning, to inform The Errict Rhett Foundation of their choice to take the prize. If selected winner is unable to be contacted or located after a period of (60) days from the draw date of the raffle drawing, the prize or its cash equivalent will be deemed to have been donated to the Errict Rhett Foundation for use by their charitable foundation. All contact attempts shall be made to the address, phone numbers and email provided by the raffle entry purchaser. All winners, by entering, authorize Errict Rhett Foundation to publish their name and likeness on the website and it to be used in other promotional materials by Errict Rhett Foundation.
TAXES AND IRS RULES:
All winners shall be responsible for any all federal, state and local income or excise taxes, fees, assessments and like charges associated with the prizes. All cash prizes will be paid net of applicable income tax withholding. The IRS requires that income tax withholding on prize values of $5,100 or greater must be paid upon award and distribution. Government rules governing withholding can change without notice. Errict Rhett Foundation will follow the rules in effect at the time the prizes are awarded. The IRS has taken the position that amounts paid for chances to participate in raffles, lotteries or similar programs are not gifts and, therefore, the price of the entry does not qualify as a deductible charitable contribution. Check with your qualified financial advisor for additional information.
50/50 SPLIT:
If the Errict Rhett foundation does not sell at least 1500 tickets by Feb 5, 2010, we will hold a 50/50 drawing in which 50% of all tickets proceeds goes to winner minus the charity’s expenses. This way, everyone will have an opportunity to win a great prize.
